The Genders range of wines have a reputation for classical fineness. The wine style is a little more European, yet with the hallmark mouth filling roundness of top Australian wines. Current product range: The straight varietal red wines, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz are crafted to fully express the unique characters of the McLaren Park vineyard. They are oak matured for up to twenty eight months and are made for cellaring. Drink now, or cellar to 2013. The red wine blends (from Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot) are designed to express the full flavours of McLaren Vale but to be more approachable earlier. Drink now, or cellar to 2013.

The Genders Chardonnay is a straight varietal wine made from grapes grown on the McLaren Park vineyard. It has long fine flavours of honeydew, gently supported by the finest French oak and will reward cellaring for three to five years.
